In this episode, Dane and Andrew try something a little different, and host a panel discussion at the Northern Virginia Code Camp discussing Software Craftsmanship. Panelists included:

The panel was held during the lunch break, and was open to attendee Q&A. The idea for the panel originated from a lively discussion on twitter of the value of Software Craftsmanship as a movement, and whether it is just another iteration of the cycle of our industry trying to figure out how to improve what we do, or whether it has its own unique value to offer.
