"Van" Van Lowe from the Capital Area Silverlight SIG, and Stuart Leitch from the Charlottesville .NET User Group on making the move from participating in the community primarily as attendees to being both speakers and community leaders for their respective groups. We chat about what motivates such a move, as well as the benefits that come from deeper participation in the community.
